Juan was a very knowledgeable and skilled technician! He knew what needed to be addressed immediately once he opened the dryer and looked at the pulley. The diagnostic and price were reasonable, and he also checked the hose, and other parts of the dryer. I wish he lived next door to us! I told him he was a genius, but that’s probably what everyone else says about him. Juan is pure gold.

The service technicians were courteous, friendly, and efficient. The system to try to get a hold of a human sucks. It does not let you leave any sort of message for the service technician and there is no opportunity to speak to a human. The last eight hour window we had nobody showed up. We got a text apologizing a couple of hours later and telling us we needed to reschedule. No one called us this morning to give us an estimate time of arrival. That’s all I was trying to find out today. Text links, website and phone numbers were all useless.

Technician was great. I do not like the AI experience. There is no way on your current system to talk to real person if you have a problem.
