The service technician was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain the issue and quickly got my appliance up and running. I was scheduled for a maintenance check on my washer. Gani was very courteous, he texted and called to let me know what time he would arrive and he arrived at the time he said that he would. He stated that I wasn’t getting enough pressure in the hot water line so he disconnected the line and cleaned out the filter and I could hear that the entry of the water was much faster. I’m very pleased with the service that was rendered, as always with Sears.
