The service was definitely 5 stars and so was our technician but the scheduling process was not. I was asked about so many additional services I could purchase, a home appliance warranty I could purchase, and so much more. Some I could not understand due to heavy accent (customer service lady was in the Philippines, I asked) and she talked so quickly it was difficult. Very pleased with the service person.

Original date was scheduled for Dec 20 between 8am n 5pm. Being such a long stretch when tech arrived I happened to be in bathroom. I saw his message n returned his call. But, no answer, I called him 5 times he finall answers an I told him where I was he said you will have to reschedule, he could not wait. So I rescheduled for the 21st of Dec. Well about 1:30pm I got a text saying my appointment was canceled. I was given no reason why but to reschedule, which your system only lets you talk to a computer. What a JOKi got a number to call, I wanted to know why my service was canceled but nobody could tell me why!!! But I finally found out I was calling INDIA!!! Got a new service date for 12/22 between 8am n 5pm. Today I finally got my service around 1pm

Henry and Eric were *phenomenal*. Unfortunately Sears as a whole isn’t the best: there’s no way to talk to someone on the phone when e.g. the website isn’t working. Additionally they sent out different repair people every time. The first person ordered the wrong part, the second person said it was a 2 person job (I guess the first guy didn’t think it would be?). The 3rd person figured out the right part and ordered it, and the last person put it in. Thankfully the last crew (Henry and Eric) were the best of the 4. Still not ideal

Signed up to have my Craftsman snowblower made ready for the winter. On-line Price was $139 only to find out that only covered the trip to my house and no service. To get the oil changed the cost would have been $224. Outrageous. It use to be $89 then $99 to have the oil changed and a new spark plug. It's no wonder Sears barely exists.
