My 7-year old, top-of-the-line Kenmore washer needs a new interface card at a rough cost estimate of $600.00 labor & parts. While the service man was very knowledgeable & professional, the cost of repair is very disappointing…, since I could & did purchase a new washer for a few hundred dollars more!

Service is perfect! Company needs to refine scheduling tho. The estimated time was way off, not to mention it was postponed on two occasions.

The technician did not advise me as to what he had fixed. There were four boxes of parts that were mailed to my address. He left all package wrappings and paper in my basement including the parts that were taken off. The washer is making a loud sound he left the machine on and I listened until it shut off. I guess I will call regarding this problem of the loud sound that the machine is making. Just want to be able to wash and not be afraid that something will break and fall out of the washer.

We had a appointment 11/9/25. No show! AI is no help!! It doesn't work!!! No conformation Number No Real person to actually Help. When we went to the link to track the service technician the website was down. Just got the run around. Today Called back we did get a person. Asked for a time slot. Next thing a AI comes in with another tx saying a technician will be arriving between 10 and 5. This is ridiculous!! Get it together

Scheduled window was 8 am to 5 Pm. So I had to stay home 3 times all day. They promised to come and did not show up and I had to call and reschedule the appointment. A microwave that is worth less than $600 cost me three work days from work. Technician was experienced, courteous and knew what he was doing. However phone scheduling system of Sears is awful. There is no way of getting hold of live person.

The technician did not call 30 minutes prior Called me when he was in my driveway. Tells me that the estimate is 630.00 and charges ne 129.00 was only at my house for 10 minutes. What a big rip off. You cant get ahold of a human being on the phone because of this stupid AI BS.

Would actively discourage using them. My freezer was working but the fridge was warm. The tech was friendly enough but after working on it for about 10 minutes he told me we needed to replace the evaporator cover and advised me it would cost $900 to fix ($382 for the part and labor was $480). After he left, I took the cover off (took me 10 minutes max) to find that the fan in the cover was working fine. After spending a few minutes on the internet, I determined it was likely the damper or sensor. I order a new cover assembly for $165 and replaced the part myself (in 10 minutes). $382 for a genuine Samsung part that sells for $166-$224 online and 10-20 minutes work is robbery. I wasted $129 for a service call that didn't even diagnose the problem correctly. Would give zero stars if I could.
