So frustrating because they have AI with no human interaction whatsoever! I am very sorry that I even reached out to them! The only reason that I had to call them because we bought the appliances from them! Never going to buy anything from them nor call them for repairs! They don’t even provide me with any receipts only charged my credit card! Ridiculous customer service and business! I asked them to check both my oven and microwave, but the tech said we have to call desperately for each appliance which is ridiculous! They charge arm and leg for their diagnostic services! Absolutely ridiculous business! Very unhappy with the way the handled the repair!

My one star review is for Sears service, not for the individual technician. I made an appointment for service and was promised a service call on Tuesday between 1 pm - 5 pm. No one came and no one updated me. After I called and complained I received an email telling me that I had rescheduled to Wednesday 1 pm - 5 pm. When no one showed up until almost 5 pm they told me that parts were not available to replace the fan and I had to buy a new refrigerator. Bad experience with Kenmore. Never will buy Kenmore ever again in the future.

Being charged for services that were never render. Service Man never showed up but said that he was outside we’re standing outside waiting. He never showed up and then partially forged my signature and charge me $235 for a no-show visit.

My experience with everyone else at Sears has been horrible, starting with a technician named Javier V. My oven wasn't heating so he came out to look at it and told us that the repairs would cost the same as a new unit so we said that sounds like what we should do. I called Sears back and said I'd like to buy a new unit per my technician's suggestion and they said I have to order it online. Upon looking online I see that not only is a new unit not comparable, it would be about twice the price! So I called back and said I'd opt to do the repair. Javier, didn't notate anything on the account so they needed to send another tech to look at the same problem TWICE. They also had the audacity to try and charge me again, which I was able to avoid. The new tech gave us correct information and ordered a new part (also, one less part than the original tech said we needed) and scheduled for a tech to come replace it this past Wednesday. Come Wednesday, Javier was assigned, against my request, to come replace the part. He did not try to contact me at all and drove away saying I was not here. Taking a picture of the outside of my condo building as "proof". When I tried to reach someone, nobody on the phone could do anything to help other than reschedule me for Friday. On Friday, I look to see if there was an update of someone coming and didn't see anything. After spending hours on the phone someone finally figured out that despite having a confirmation email of scheduling, someone didn't switch the ticket over to needs service so it never got scheduled! I needed to reschedule again for Saturday morning. I waited all day Wednesday and Friday for a technician to come and hours talking to truly useless customer service. Some of the worst service I've ever had and will never use Sears again.

I wrote a bad review the other day and got an AI generated response from Sears apologizing and giving me a (bogus) phone number to wage my complaint. That phone number they give you has no options for a complaint. You cannot talk to anyone and you cannot even write out your complaint and send it to them. It’s really easy to make an appointment or to change your appointment or cancel your appointment, but evidently they don’t allow any complaints. Terrible.

I cannot even check off one star my service was so bad. I have been a Sears customer for over 30 years. I know they are no longer in business so they should also stop with the extended warranty too. I would love to talk to someone from Sears but after several attempts that is not possible either unless you want to talk to Mexico, Pakistan or India. It is a complete joke! I have now been waiting for a microwave replacement for 4 months. Today's nightmare is my refrigerator. I will seriously be reconsidering where I will be taking my business because the service I have received is a complete joke.
