My second tech was amazing and he was very good and informative. As for Sears warranty it was a nightmare and customer service wasn’t helpful at all. I give the tech 5 stars but the warranty service 1 star! I’ve never had a bad experience with Sears and this is a first. Your furnace not working is a horrible feeling and customer service was not helpful.

No one ever showed up yet to fix my oven yet I received an invoice that the job was complete with a pending charge of $422 on my credit card. I have been unsuccessful in understanding how my credit card was charged when no one showed up to my house and how a diagnostic was made and work was charged when no work has occurred. I cannot get thru to any stateside customer service and feel completely scammed. I thought Sears was a reputable company but I was tricked. My oven is still broken and I'm unsure what to do.

This was the fifth visit in over a month and a half in an attempt to fix my washer. My machine spins now but sounds like a jack hammer. I can hear it throughout the house when it spins. There are still little plastic pieces that I found on the clothes and bottom of the tub even though I vacuumed it between loads. I am extremely disappointed in the service.

He never showed up, but put into the system that I wasn't home. I've been sitting at home, with my phone in my hand for hours. This is the fourth attempt at receiving service for this appliance in particular -- all with the same result. No phone call. No text. No email. No doorbell rang. I am furious and tired of speaking with your customer service team who try but never seem to be able to help me. This has taken HOURS of my time. I have requested to receive a call from a supervisor, to no avail.

My appliance is clean and working much quieter, but it is not drying my clothes thoroughly

Juan was the 4th technician sent to service my washer/dryer combo. He attempted to find the part that needed to be replaced. He reported that it is no longer available. He reported this info to Sears. Although, I greatly appreciate his diligence and follow through, my machine has not been repaired or replaced in over 3 months. The terms of the contract are not being met.

Today a Sears Repair Service man came to put the Refrigerator bottom Freezer handle back on the door, he did an incomplete Job, when I tried to contact him to come back to tighten the handle, he never responded, called him back several times on his repair number, he never called back and he never answered my calls, the handle will come off again if it is not tighten like it should be.
