First technician came in just a few days. Ordered part but took a week to come in then he was going to be in vacation. So scdeduled for two weeks. Contacted me on day of service after 4 to say he wasn't going to make it. Rescheduled for almost another week. Second technician contacted me on scheduled day and said he didn't have the part. Rescheduled for three weeks out. Fortunately was able to work me in a few days later. So happy to see him come earlier than expected.
