Mr. Kelly was very professional, honest, and courteous. We dealt with another company and got the runaround left with a broken washer piston. Mr. Kelly was in and out in an hour in our washer is now fully functional!

Tech was so nice and explained what was going on with my washer by me being a woman he explained everything so I could understand and I was able to get a new service agreement on all my appliances

The technician called to let me know when he would be arriving thirty minutes in advance. He answered my questions and was very professional. He installed a compressor on my refrigerator expeditiously and let me know that the job was completed.
