I paid 1911 dollars for a fridge repair. It didn't work. I've rescheduled 5 times and we've been blow off every time. There is 0 way to reach a human. We are in a viscous cycle of AI Robots and canceled apps. I wish I could select 0 stars. This is a scam............. I replied last night to supposed owner (probably another bot) with no response as of now. 7th supposed scheduled appointment takes place on Tuesday morning. Unbelievable. Will update here again if I actually hear from a human being or if I get blown off again.

Well Warren came out 2days the first day he came out he seemed to be fine but after he took the microwave apart he was able to repair it but the cover panel that Warren unscrewed the top panel and those screw in pieces broke and he tried to say it was broken already and it was not broken until he unscrewed them so know I don’t have the cover on the microwave then he came back on 13/24/2025 @7am in the morning with that bad attitude talk when he unscrewed those parts it usually breaks and when listen to me got attitude walk out the door very smart talk not friendly and poor customer service all I want is my microwave panel put back please he unscrewed it and those pieces broke off and he just don’t want own up to the problem that he did and it nir fair for me as a customer that you fix one thing and make problems for me and talk smart to me know my microwave don’t have a cover on it this sad sad

My technician left with my lawnmower fluttering and sounds terrible its not running smooth for 450 dollars service should have been much better.

I didn’t choose any stars because if I could choose -100 I would this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life and I WILL not recommend this company to anyone I know and will let everyone know my experience the image is how he left my house WITHOUT telling me what was wrong just rolled out- unacceptable

This is nothing against the technician but against policy. They say that they have, they would not fix my a window. Air conditioner unit because I took it out of the window instead of leaving it in when it was hot and I had to get another air conditioner. So therefore they said, I voided my warranty. And refused to fix it, even though I paid for years and years for this service. I could not in good conscience. Refer this company to anyone. And I will never purchase another service warranty that I pay for for years. And years, and then they decide, they're not going to help me get my product fixed. I missed a whole day's work 1 day last week. And they did not show up. And then this week, when they did show up, they would not honor their warranty. We'll have to report this on Facebook or any better. Business bureau, or anyone else about this company. And now they tell me that they will not fix my product and they're going to keep charging me for the warranty for a product that they will not fix. I will have to contact somebody else to cancel. That's warranty, even though they know they're not going to honor it. Spent two and a half hours on the phone, talking to different people about this.

The Techs on my Job were Over the Top Great, so this review has nothing to do with them. They on a scale of 1-5 are a 10. This repair took many twists & turns, but they stuck with it and made it a Winner for me. But the scheduling of the service trips which I believe were all AI, if Not the person handling this should be fired. Multiple times there would be a date set, a scheduled appointment. I would get contacted and asked if I would like an earlier appointment. I would accept that, then get set up and plan for it, then a couple days later get an update that my scheduled appointment had been changed, and now that Earlier appointment was now later than my original appointment and I am not talking days, in some cases it was weeks. The last straw was when I had no contact for probably 3 weeks, parts were shipped in and setting here, but nothing from Sears. Finally on of the checks on his own followed up on it and my job had been closed out. Thank Much to may Techs Doug & Clay !!!!!

Their technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. The company itself though needs to work on their processes. It took a month for them to fix my water heater. Bad gas valve. Cold showers for the month of November.

I was sleep in my home when you came to my home. I have a 5 month old, 5 years and 3 year old in my home where neither my AC or heat is turning on. Would recommend you had given me a call before closing the job. I was told you couldn't come back out for another week. Very disappointing experience with this company.

My home warranty company hired Sears home service to work on my AC unit, On August 28th 2024 a technician came and changed an AC Contactor, he took every wire out and worked for a while then he closed up and puts everything away and left, didn't even check on his work or turn on the unit to check if everything works right, ( my AC was working before he came, we had an issue with intermittent AC gets stuck in defrost mode). My father in-law turned on the thermostat and finds out the the condenser fan not running, the compressor kept running and shutting off after getting hot, until I realized that and shut the system down, I called the company and they said the next available appointment will be in a week. then I called my warranty company and hired someone else because the temperature in my house was reading 90° late afternoon. the other company came the next day and said that we need a fan motor module, and unfortunately I still have no AC ( 9/17/2024) because of a back order and it's all started because Sears technician didn't check his work and probably wired something wrong and burnt out the module.

Appt has been rescheduled 3 times by no fault of ours. Going back and forth with your company and our warranty company Choice to get this repair for our AC completed and we have yet to have this resolved. It’s now over a month that the repair part has been sitting for pickup and each time we have reached out, your representatives say the tech will pick it up prior to the appointment, but then the appointment day gets here and there is no tech!!! How are you still in business with this kind of customer service? Now you want us to pay for repair in advance when you have yet to keep your commitment for the actual repair appointment. There is no logic in paying for repair service before you actually repair it. The warranty company emailed the cost difference and your representative gave a complete different figure.. the inconsistencies keep adding up! Terrible experience and will never recommend!
