Jake quickly repaired the leaky water dispenser on my refrigerator. I appreciated that he explained to me what he was doing and why as he worked. He also explained to me the importance of flushing the water through the dispenser after replacing the filter. I had recently replaced the filter and had not flushed the water through the tubing.
