Jake was excellent at his job, knowledgeable, talented, hard-working and a creative problem solver. He diagnosed the problem quickly but he didn’t have the right part with him. He didn’t want me to wait another day to use my fridge, so he figured out a way to get the part later in the day and came back to finish the job the same day. Great customer service! Thanks!
