Walt is a great service representative, he knew what to look for when fixing our washing machine, got the job done in 35 minutes! The only downside that is not his fault is it still cost $300 which is half the price of a new machine.Only to pull a sock and a pop tab out of the machine not allowing water to drain to the drain pump. Thanks Walt!
