The technician claimed there is nothing wrong with my washing machine. Yet it is still dripping water out the front left side. So I'm going to have to call for another person to actually figure out what is wrong with it. Didn't even hook back up the control board, so it had no power when I went to use it.

Repeated the same thing over & over like I was dumb. Wasn’t listening to my explanation of the problem would just jump in to his explanation again. After speaking with customer relations it is something he should have fixed and at the very least he should have called in for further informatio and/or authorization. Hope I NEVER have to use Sears again, it’s been a nightmare. 3 months and still getting the run around.
