Technician was absolutely amazing!!!! The AI scheduling was inconvenient and NOT user friendly. I took a day off work for scheduled appointment day as was only given time Thursday 7/9 8a-5p. Got an update tech would arrive at 2:19p. Once that time came and went was sent update of 4 something. Then that time came and went so got update of 5 something. Then no more updates until the next morning stating appointment was past date asking if wanted to reschedule. First available was Wednesday 7/15 8a-5p so had to take another day off work. Tried calling to get explanation but only got AI. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!
