ABUSIVE THECNICIAN !!! THIS technician from sears home services called phuoc boi AN OLDER MAN came to my house with the purpose to fix my dishwasher while he actually ruined it , letting our appliance out of orders until the next appointments where he would come back again ruin a new thing in the appliance leaving it out of order again until another next appointment that will take several days ! He was very nosy and harassing, every time he came to my house he was asking personal questions that doesn’t apply to the job of his service and during his last visit I was feeling unsafe because he was getting abusive and he took pictures on his phone of my property and a corner where there was my family and my kids photos !!! and he also tried taking a video of me and I tried putting his phone down to stop him from that !

Dealing with Sears Home Repair has been an absolute trainwreck! It took over nine weeks, threw actual service visits, one rescheduled because parts hadn’t been delivered to me yet, which they didn’t know, a no call no show…. Shall I go on? Service techs wet ok, but Sears’ process and virtual ONLT system is terrible. There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone to let them know of potential issues with parts deliveries. And literally have to wait weeks until appointment time to let the service person know of the issue. I had even texted, called and left voicemails with a service tech and still NO response. Only reason I continued with Sears service was because it was through a home warranty. Never again!

I set up 2 repair dates with them. First one they cancelled. The 2nd one they showed up to at 1:30 when my window was 8-12. Now after a couple of weeks I still can’t get them to come out or to refund me the deposit. The AI says to call 1-800 number and the 1-800 number ai 🤖 says there is no order for my phone number which is the same number the ai text me on. Can’t get anyone on the phone. This is horrible. Don’t use them.

My wife and I received the Cinch Home warranty when we bought our house. On November 2 2024 our dryer was running fine but stopped heating. I contacted the home warranty company and they took my deductible and referred me to Sear Home Services. Sears then asked me to confirm dryer make and model and then through text diagnosed that it was the heating element that needed to be replaced. They then set a repair date and told me to look for the parts they would be sending in the mail. I received the parts 2 days later. They then rescheduled my repair out to December 2nd. I called and asked why they changed my repair date and asked if I could be scheduled sooner since I now have the parts. They then told me my original repair date was no longer available but would let me know if something sooner came up. A few days later I received a message saying they could get me on the schedule Wednesday November 20 2024. I confirmed. My wife then took the day off work to meet the technician because they gave a repair window of 8am to 5pm. I was then contacted the day of (November 20) at 11am and told the technician was no longer available and the soonest appointment would be December 11. I explained that we are foster parents and have 4 young children and that after being rescheduled 3 times we would be without a clothes dryer for over a month. The only thing Sears could say was that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that was the best they could do, they would let me know if something came up sooner. Sears Home Service clearly has no care for thier customers or Cinch Home warranties customers. I am currently in contact with Cinch and Remax real-estate agency to let them know how Sears is treating thier customers

Repairman came in, looked at front of dishwasher, saw that tile was done up to but not under cupboards and said he could not do the job. My husband went in to try and pull dishwasher out himself and the feet were up on small blocks so it was actually level with the tile. It will easily come out. But the repairman didn’t have the time to wait to see this… just said couldn’t be done. We are being charged well over a $100 for him to do absolutely nothing. (Boone Iowa Willett’s)

Service rating is zero the technician did not seem to know what he was doing. You guys took $119 out of me for nothing because he didn’t touch anything he didn’t do anything.
