Pleasant and efficient. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Explained costs and when approved got right to work. Completed the job in about an hour, and left the appliance and work area clean and ready to use.

Technician was right down to business and did a great job with no mess. The only issue I had was not knowing what time he was coming until the day of with about an hour notice. It worked out fine. That was my only nitpick.

Mike was friendly and efficient, only problem is paying that price just to be told we can’t get parts for a 4 year old dishwasher

The technician was fine, he did his job. I wasn't pleased with the outcome but whatever. I asked if he could look at my microwave since he had been there less than a half hour but was told there would have to be a new service order and service charge for that even though he was already there. Stupid!

Only problem was that we had to go without a washer. 2 weeks to have you come out then another 2 weeks for parts!! Technician was very good and very polite!
