Pleasant and efficient. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Explained costs and when approved got right to work. Completed the job in about an hour, and left the appliance and work area clean and ready to use.

Only problem was that we had to go without a washer. 2 weeks to have you come out then another 2 weeks for parts!! Technician was very good and very polite!

We had to call another person since the previous guy gave us false information. He told us to clean vents. We cleaned them and had to call an hvac company to check everything. Since we were gaslit about the dryer “being fine”. So we payed a 65 dollar fee for no reason. It did end up being the dryer. The heat sensor isn’t working and the new guy ordered parts to be replaced.

Disappointed that Mike told me he should have asked more questions and could have told me it wasn't worth fixing from my description. Maytags of this age are known to have these issues. Spent $129 for him to be here 5 minutes. Definitely learned my lesson

He did not do the job n the dryer does not work properly. We have waited almost 2 months to get fixed n it's still not working correctly

I was charged a $160 fee and my fridge is doing exactly the same thing it was doing before the service call. Still have a fridge that doesn't work and no idea if it can be repaired. Tried calling the service tech but he did not respond.
