Phuoc was great. He didnt pull his punches. He said it like it was and quickly found the reason our appliance wasnt working. He rescheduled a new date after the parts were ordered and returned on that date and installed the part finishing the repair on the unit. Phuoc was very knowledgeable on the ins and out of appliances brands, repairs, where to purchase. I am not sure if you're supposed to tip your appliance repairman but he deserves one.
