1, I was not happy with him at all. Talked all time , charged $369 96. Totally ridiculous, I had the dish washer all cleaned out, dryed looked new and he charged me $50. For cleaning which he had no cleaning to do. He was rude. I knew I had $129. To pay for the trip but $240.more was awful. I'll never buy Sear product again. And I will tell everyone else no to either. Another stupid thing he did was. ....I have a big basket full of left over Halloween candy I have for grandkids and friends. Hessen it ask if he could have some so I got a sandwich bag I was going to put some in for you,instead he took a wallmart sack off my table and filled it half full of my candy. I COULD NOT BELIEVE How rude that was. I finally said I think you have enuf. How rude to ask for some then take that much, I was not happy. The whole experience with the service call does not get anything higher than a one rating.
