Ricky was very polite. And knew what he was doing. He was quick. And knowledgeable. He even took the extra step to write down my correct contact number. For when he was to come back and install the part. He did a great job. Now if I can just get my contact information straightened out customer service would get five stars too. I have called in four times to try to get it straightened out because it will not let me do it online. The phone number that is on the text ending in 7838 is incorrect. Not sure how got that number. It is 8 years old. An old work number. The number should end in 3846 in order for me to respond to text. And for the tech to call me when he is heading my way. If I cannot get it straightened out I will be canceling my contract. Each person I talk to they say it is straightened out sorry for the air on their part. BUT IT IS NOT. I EVEN HAD ONE RUDE GUY WHEN I CALLED IN. HE SAID I HAD THE WRONG NUMBER. THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO CALL THAT NUMBER. IT WAS THE SAME NUMBER THAT I HAD BEEN CALLING AND SUPPOSEDLY THEY CHANGED, CORRECTED THE CONTACT PHONE NUMBER.
