Excellent service
Unfortunately, Scott has had to make repairs on the ice maker in our fridge too many times but the number repairs has not been his fault. His has been very knowledgeable, professional and timely.

Scott was very informative and very thorough through his analysis process of our dishwasher issue. The problem we are having is that "2" technicians come up with when the dishwasher was installed, it was incorrectly plumbing as the issue or repair to our problem SO how in the world do we fix or repair this initial plumbing issue, process, or problem. Believe I have coverage with AHS for plumbing related issues in our home. How do we move forward in addressing or correcting the plumbing issue or problem in our home with AHS warranty coverage??!! This dishwasher has worked fine for 10+ years so how can this become now a plumbing problem or issue??!!

We have had problems with the bottom freezer in our LE refrigerator occasionally going into a melting faze with the ice melting in the door and ice cream getting very soft. The refrigerator portion may even do it too. Scott could not see any problems and the refrigerator was running OK at that time so he was not able to service any problems and said he had not had any good training on this refrigerator so he could not offer any help.
