OUR REPAIR GUY, SCOTT CAME TO OUR HOME AND ASSESSED THE PROBLEM WITH OUR WASH MACHINE. HE ORDERED THE PART AND IT CAME WITHIN A WEEK. SCHEDULE IS ANYTIME BETWEEN 8AM AND 5 PM. THIS INCOVIENCED ME AS I HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF WORK. THE DAY THE REPAIR WAS DONE SCOTT DID NOT GET TO MY HOME UNTIL 4:40PM. WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A BETTER WAY OF NARROWING DOWN THE REPAIR SCHEDULE BY AT LEAST MORNING OR AFTERNOON. SCOTT DID HIS JOB SO HE WAS NOT TO BLAME.
