Did a good job, I like that app let's you track where he is so I know when he is close. Pretty simple, fixed with no issues. Only thing I would say is it sure would be nice if he had some parts in that van so he could have fixed it in one visit rather than two!

Technician was on time and was very knowledgeable. The issue was that the company was closed so he couldn't get authorization to fix the appliance. Absolutely no fault from the technician, he was great!

IThe repair man was great . Getting it done was a hassle as one guy quit the day it was to be fixed and the guy one that came I'm sure was over worked getting all the extras done. Was to come next day ,ended up making for Friday and he was working in area Thursday so checked if home and came and fixed.
