If it weren’t for how kind the technician was, I would give this place 1 star. Maybe even -1. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any kind purchase or repair. This company makes it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to be reached because of their automated system. Even when you do reach them, their phone representatives speak such poor English that any time you speak, all they can say is “rest assured, but..”. Sorry but I can’t rest assured when you take 3 weeks to come do a simple appliance repair (replacing my washer seal) because you schedule somebody then fail to assign a technician. To preface my above comment, my part had to be ordered and shipped to my house. I received the product. On the appointment confirmation, it allows you to move your appointment up if you get the part early. I moved my appointment up by 5 days. Received confirmation of the appointment. Come to the day of the appointment, I waited ALL DAY and they no call, no showed the appointment. I spent 6 hours on hold, on the phone with both employees and their supervisors and with the company that contracted this terrible service. F’n ridiculous!!!! They should go out of business. Once again, the technician was amazing. He should stop associating himself with such a terrible place of employment.

Brian was very professional and honest and knowledgeable. The one you sent before not sure he knew what he was doing and misdiagnosed the problem with the washer. Your company is hard to have a conversation with. Wish I could talk to a person. My appointment was cancelled several times and not quite sure why. But when Brian arrived he did a good professional job and explained the problem.

You can't reach anyone here!!!! The chat function is worthless and the phone only takes you to an AI that's even more worthless!!! They obviously care less about customer service!!! Update: they responded and gave a phone number. What a joke! It takes you to the same AI system...no live person!!! So now they've lied about being able to reach them on top of never being able to reach them!!!

Our dryer has been broke for a month. They rescheduled with us 4 times, when you call to get a time figured out you get an AI that does not help you at all. Horrible. Do not call

Don’t call these idiots. First you’ll get an AI, which will tell you to hang up and call a different number for a live agent. Then you’ll get a call center with a foreign agent. Then they will try everything to talk you into scheduling with them, even when you can’t (or don’t want to) wait through the weekend. Nobody ever has a problem on weekends right?

The technician came out to our scheduled appointment and informed us that our washer and dryer were inaccessible so he couldn’t work on them. He was up front in telling us that the warranty company would likely try to send him back out but he wouldn’t come until the unit was accessible. I signed his form saying that he came out and looked at the unit and he left and got copies of those forms via email. That’s not why I’m giving him one star. The reason I’m giving him one star is because I assume the warranty company asked him to come out again as I got an email stating that we had a new appointment a couple days later. On that day, he never came to our house. Instead, I got emails similar to what I got after the first appointment stating that it was still inaccessible and he couldn’t work on it but the signature box still showed my name, but it was NOT my signature. He forged my signature on the form instead of coming back and having me sign it stating that it was still inaccessible.

I sat home all day waiting for the Sears Repair man. He finally came at 4:30. He told me that I had to pay the $129.00 to find out the problem, I knew the problem and told him, I just wanted him to fix the senor in the oven. He said, did you google it? I said, yes the book told me the code was and then I googled it. He said, well you are right it is the sensor, the total is $500.00 , I said, well I looked the sensor up on Amazon and it was $16,00 on there, he said, well then you should fix it. I said, you are not fixing it, he said, oh I just tell you what is wrong and then I have to order the part. I was not happy and got scammed. I paid him $129.00 for something I already knew. Then tried to get me to buy their yearly plan for $500.00. NOPE don't have the entire stupid written on my forehead.
