The technician came out to our scheduled appointment and informed us that our washer and dryer were inaccessible so he couldn’t work on them. He was up front in telling us that the warranty company would likely try to send him back out but he wouldn’t come until the unit was accessible. I signed his form saying that he came out and looked at the unit and he left and got copies of those forms via email. That’s not why I’m giving him one star. The reason I’m giving him one star is because I assume the warranty company asked him to come out again as I got an email stating that we had a new appointment a couple days later. On that day, he never came to our house. Instead, I got emails similar to what I got after the first appointment stating that it was still inaccessible and he couldn’t work on it but the signature box still showed my name, but it was NOT my signature. He forged my signature on the form instead of coming back and having me sign it stating that it was still inaccessible.

I sat home all day waiting for the Sears Repair man. He finally came at 4:30. He told me that I had to pay the $129.00 to find out the problem, I knew the problem and told him, I just wanted him to fix the senor in the oven. He said, did you google it? I said, yes the book told me the code was and then I googled it. He said, well you are right it is the sensor, the total is $500.00 , I said, well I looked the sensor up on Amazon and it was $16,00 on there, he said, well then you should fix it. I said, you are not fixing it, he said, oh I just tell you what is wrong and then I have to order the part. I was not happy and got scammed. I paid him $129.00 for something I already knew. Then tried to get me to buy their yearly plan for $500.00. NOPE don't have the entire stupid written on my forehead.

It’s not fixed and I have had zero communication on what’s getting done. I have had my service dates moved multiple times and the communication with all of this is horrible.

Tech has been to my house 3 times yet the noise issue still hasn't been fixed! First time he did nothing except let the washer run for 5 minutes with one towel in it and told me it was fine just a little loud. Second time all he did was listen to a video of the noise that I keep hearing and without actually looking at the washer, ordered parts. Waited two weeks for the parts to come in. Today he came to install the new parts. When he left, I ran a load and the noise is even worse than before. I tried calling and left a message for the tech. I've tried calling the corporate line but damn automated system won't let me speak to anyone! My warranty company was able to schedule another recall appointment but have to wait two more days. On top of it all I keep getting emails that contain "the forms I signed during my appointment " funny thing is that I have npt signed anything or seen these forms before receiving the signed forms.

How can you rate someone that didn't even come out to the house and is very Rude, we've had him before and he wasn't no then either. He tells us nothing was wrong. We had another guy come out, he fixed it. I don't know if I have either. Wanna go through any of you guys anymore. He told us that to call a plumber. He can't do the work he didn't even receive what was going on. He just bought went by what he thought.

it was the worst experience of my life they said they would be at my home between 8am & 5pm which means you have to set at home waiting all day then I got a message that said they would be here at 2:25 pm then I got a message telling me it would be 4:15 then I got a message that said it would be 5:15-6:45 so after dialing about 10 different numbers before I got a human to talk to they assured me someone would be here later I got a message saying it would be tomorrow before they would get here they told me the truck broke down the next day the service person told me that they over booked and I wondered how they got the truck fixed so quick so he looked at my dryer and said it was blocked with lint and I asked him so it is fixed and he said no they don't do that so I am wondering why I pay 59.00 a month and a100.00 trip charge and tell me you don't do that so what is the purpose of this service agreement I would not recommend sears for anything
