He was on time, very pleasant, quick and efficient doing his work, communicated the problem he found, and told us what the price to correct it. He had a detailed breakdown of the items to be done, and parts list. He told us about Sears Protect Home Warranty and the benefits we would get from joining. We appreciated learning about it, and signed up for a year! All in all, a very satisfying day! Thank you!
