The service work itself, was excellent and professional. Technician arrived early and quickly completed the repairs. Regarding the scheduling service, while online service was convenient, there were some issues confirming schedules with the automated service.

The service provided by technician Kossivi was completely unacceptable. He will not be allowed in our home again, nor will he service any of our appliances. I expect a call from his manager regarding this matter. During the second visit for a Sears Home Warranty service call, the warranty department confirmed there were no pre-existing issues, which was noted on the work order. Kossivi arrived, briefly looked at the refrigerator, and then left to make a phone call. When he returned, he dismissed my wife and claimed there was a pre-existing issue, contrary to what the warranty department stated. It seems he did not read the work order properly. Extremely poor service during our warranty service call in November 2024, 12/31/24, no show appt on 1/10/2025 and again on 1/24/25. For the two no shows there are no notes and he marks the appt as completed! 😡
