Sears is a joke. Its AI which is fine if it works. But you get to scheduling and they have no available dates and then it just hangs up. Complete waste of time. I wish I could give them a negative review. Typical large company out of touch on customer service. Using AI for something its not meant to work on. Also, a bunch of other websites send you right back to Sears. Total scam. This is why Sears is no more.
