I appreciated Jerry letting me know exactly how much it would cost to repair my washer. As it is, I could purchase another one for the same amount or less. He could have just strung me along instead.

Seers had four other people come out six times and they couldn't fix my refrigerator. But Scott knew what the problem was his first trip out and repaired it the next day.

Timothy had the problem diagnosed before he even opened the back of our dryer. The issue was confirmed with a meter. Timothy ordered the part needed and return the following week for the instillation. Easy to work with and explained everything he was doing. Also had good tips on how to properly maintain our dryer. Timothy was at our house before when we had a washer issue and was very glad to see him return. It was a pleasure working with him.

Nick has been our service tech both times and we were very pleased with his service. He was very polite and professional. He came in, fixed our ice maker and was on his way. If we could request a technician when we call for service we would request him.
