Replace Ice Maker
Anthony was personable, knowledgeable and very efficient. He carefully ascertained all necessary parts were provided, examined the ice maker and location of electronic control parts. He then carefully removed the old parts and installed the new replacement parts. He set aside the old worn parts and cleaned up the area he worked in. He was very thoughtful.

Great Customer Service!
I had a great experience with the clothes dryer repair service. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. My dryer was not heating properly and taking hours to dry clothes, but the issue was fixed during the visit and now it works like new. I really appreciated the clear explanation of what was wrong and the care taken to make sure everything was working before leaving. The service was efficient, courteous, and very helpful. Thank you for the excellent repair work—I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Excellent work and great updates re arrival
I really appreciate that he was great at communicating changes in arrival time via the web and text messages. Came in and fixed the problem in minutes (previous Sears repairman forgot to reconnect freezer fan so some top section not freezing). Very friendly.

Service of my Dryer
Alvin, arrived on Friday on time to check my dryer issues, identified the issue was able to find the parts in a kit to save money on repair cost. He ordered the parts had the delivered to my house and schedule a return appointment and completed the repairs.
