Our technician Pat was good. However, getting someone here was terrible! Scheduled appt 5 days in advance, window was 1-5....@ 4:50, I contacted Sears to find when Technician would be arriving. One minute later, received text message, stating due to staffing changes, they had no techs available! Offered another day for appt. I lost a day of pay waiting, no apologies, discount, nothing!

Listened to my need. Explained the process. Completed the task in an efficient and timely manner. Gave great advice for keeping the new part in good shape. So helpful!

Got code cleared and clean out area and reset. Gave advice on what to do in future and if problem arises again might be another issue and to call.

Pat is absolutely a top notch technician. Unfortunately he can't be everywhere he is needed at the same time. I think the Sears AI based scheduling is in need of some refinement. The required part arrived two days prior to our original Friday appointment, which was assigned to another technician, was cancelled apparently because other matters were running behind schedule. Our soonest opportunity to reschedule was the following Tuesday. Fortunately Pat was able to complete the repair in a matter of minutes.

Prompt, polite efficient. Gary is great. You need to ditch your stinking AI!!! It's harassment plain and simple. 5 calls this morning saying the same thing.

James was fantastic! He helped fix our fridge and was very friendly and professional!
