fixed our kenmore refrigerator
The AI had our repair scheduled out for another week and 1/2 but the human repair man Lew looked at the schedule and said 'Hey, I can get out there and help these folks today' and he did! Loose wire connection - refrigerator works - no more living out of a cooler. Thank you Lew!

Cantankerous Combo
My washer/dryer combo had a challenging issue to locate, but Lew took the time to troubleshoot and fix it. He even called the manufacturer to double-check the codes and ensure he hadn't missed anything, ensuring that the machine was working properly. Lew was polite and professional!
