Excellent Technician
We had a weird smell emanate from our washing machine. Our technician, James C, asked probing questions to better understand our problem and then went right to work. He inspected the unit throughly and ran the unit through a was cycle. He asked more questions and we determined it possibly was due to using a setting we've never used in four years. James inspected the unit on a few more components and determined the unit is functioning normally. He discussed the usage of the various setting so we have a better understanding how to choose the best setting for our needs. We found that very helpful. Should we have any issues with our washing machine in the future, hopefully they will assign James C to our work ticket.

Excellent service
James was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our washing machine was toast. The repair was going to be more than we paid for machine. We will definitely be using the service again for other repairs. We appreciated the quick response and honesty.

Another Great Service Call
Technician quickly diagnosed the problem, resolved the issue, ran the unit through the full cycle and then discussion what he found and how he resolved our problem. It was pretty obvious his experience and training were spot on. This was this technician's second service call to our home and he was been outstanding both times.
