Repair guy was nice. But calling sears was a mistake on my part. Refrigerator part was under warranty but the price I was quoted for a compressor install not including compressor was 790.00 . I was thinking well 129.00 fee for service call can come off the bill but I was going to have to wait a week and half to get it fixed. And pay for the entire bill right then or no fee will come off the price so I just paid 129.00 and cut my loss with sears I felt the price was so high just for labor . I will never call sears for any repairs anymore it's not worth paying 129.00 to come out and tell me my refrigerator is broke and get quoted such a high price to fix it . I advise customers not to waist money on a service from sears . You're just paying sears employee wages to run around town and give out high prices so high that you can just buy a new appliance and be back in the refrigerator business in less than 2 days. That my opinion survey on sears. Repair.

found the problem , ordered the right part and installed in a reasonable time.

James was on time and very professional. However, he was also very friendly and good with my dogs. He explained the problem with my dryer and a few days later, after the part arrived, he repaired the dryer! Next time I have an appliance problem, I will call Sears and request James.

They are very thorough and very considerate and they go through everything very well. They make sure everything is in place. They make sure it's clean. I am very pleased with them. They don't leave until they know everything is working right they are very nice people and they know what they're doing they make sure everything I'm just placed with how hard they work and how thorough they are with their job.
