Maintenance for range, washer and dryer. Service provided by Gilberto was perfect. He checked the above three electrical appliances near me. I checked them and I asked him some questions and he answered quickly like how can I clean the dryer filter. And he asked me how I clean it I explained it. You're doing perfectly and he explained how can I put the clothes in the dryer so they can dry faster.

The service Moises provided was great. The scheduling system is by far the worst thing I've ever used in my entire life. Whichever executive at Sears approved it should be convicted of torture under the Geneva convention. It's seriously that bad. They cancelled my first appointment at 3pm the day the technician was supposed to come and claimed that it was at my request, and then it was absolutely impossible to find or speak to an actual person. The AI system gave me no options and was completely useless. Whoever did this should be arrested.
