Dryer Repair
James was prompt, courteous, and professional. After his arrival my dryer started heating, but he believed my concerns and disassembled the dryer for further investigation. His findings were that one of 2 heating elements was not working, and the other only intermittently. He provided me with upfront repair pricing which prompted my decision to just purchase a new one.

Sear Repair Man
Vincent, was earlier than expected, checked everything I had told him that was wrong. He went to work I had two different issues and he fixed both of them in no time at all. Cleaned as he went leaving my home the same way he found it. I would recommend him to anyone that need appliance service! He's a Gem 💎

awesome service technician, but no parts to fix!
James was a great service technician, but I wish that Sears would have prefaced the service with the disclaimer that most parts on Sears products are no longer available to get, therefor, unable to be repaired anyway. So a HUGE waste of money to have anyone come out.
