He was great the 1st time when ordering everything This time was exceptional because where other reps blew me off and never showed He told me would take time to get me done I told him I can't go another 2 weeks already been 2 months since parts were here The problem was someone said it was all fixed so they don't set more time for this repair But he made time and did what a company should be proud of !!! Because your company needs a lot of help with human communications and less AI CRAP I WOULD GIVE HIM 10 STARS IF I COULD! Going out of his way to service me your customer! Thank you MR T
