Osahon was professional, courteous, and humorous. I was frazzled, and confused. He walked me through what he was doing , answered my question no matter how silly the questions were. I appreciate his time in sloving the issue.

Karl was very competent, courteous and thorough. He was able to determine that we were having a slight gas leak from the line feeding our stove (not the stove itself) and quickly fixed a problem with one of the burners.

Jacob was truly amazing. He kept his promise to come and look at my washer. It was the third time I had an appointment and no one came. The only person that came was Jacob. He then informed me that the tranmission on my machine was no good. He tried to get the piece needed but they no longer made it for my machine. This was the second time that Jacob came to fix my washer. I would recommend him to anyone
