The ice machine was not working and I scheduled service. James came out, checked a few things and ordered a new machine. We scheduled the replacement and the part was shipped within 2-3 days (I can't remember which). The delivery window was scheduled from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM,and he came out right after 9:30 AM. The installation only took about 20 minutes! James is great, friendly and very professional! I love Sears Home Service for all of our appliances!
