Tech was great
With that said - scheduling to get the tech in was the worst. I always sweared by Sears service - now I swear at it. Albert was sent out on May 21 to check out the problem with my air-conditioning system. He realized that the system had a leak in it and he didn't have the Freon to recharge the system. He rescheduled me for June 12 the earliest he could get me in on June 12. She has canceled my appointment without telling me and rescheduled me for a week later. Unacceptable.

J u a n technician was very professional, tested dishwasher when it was completed. Made sure that everything I was working correctly. I would recommend him if somebody asks me. was very polite i gave him 5 stars took his time, and as I said he made sure before he left that everything was working correctly.
