5 stars for repair of dishwasher
He was fantastic. I just hope I threw out the correct items. All but one looked used. I'm glad Kevin made the trip. This was the 4th scheduled request made for someone doing the same thing. Can we cut it it down to 2 times? I know that most people probably complain about the time they have to be at home. However, I work every single night, and I have to stay up ALL DAY, which sometimes means cutting into any sleep time at all. If this happens, I usually need to call in sick. I cannot depend on a notice arriving to me by 5pm. Takes a toll on my paycheck when this has to happen 3 or 4ctimes. It'd superb if I could put my husband's phone number down instead of mine, just in case I dont answer MY phone. He's home almost all of the time.

Home owner/ Technician name Riley
Riley did a good job getting things done. However, I'm not pleased with the rest pf your service. I called in September 2025 to get my washer fixed. Here it is March 2026 and it is just now getting fixed. That was over six months I was without my washer. Customer service didn't know what they were talking about. I called over twenty times. You guys promised a technician would come and they never showed. Five times I had to wait from 8am-5pm. How am I suppose to go to work on those days.
