Phillip was very professional. Told me the problem and showed me the broken part. He also showed me the new part and price. He was great at explaining everything step by step. The repair man did a great job
I did not appreciate my appointment keep getting canceled and making us wait. The refrigerator is still not working and Todd sent pictures of the refrigerator line that can not be fixed and is putting in for a replacement .
