Knowledgeable and Courteous

Excellent Service Rep
James was excellent, even though the news he shared wasn't what we wanted to hear, he delivered like ripping off a bandage with the least amount of pain. He carefully explained the issue and what would be the cost of repair in great detail. He also shared information that help us on the selection of our next machine. Though it was the first time I had ever met him, it felt like I had known him my entire life.
