Hunter is the best
Hunter came to my house because my central air was not working. As a new home owner, I don't know a lot. Hunter explained the issue and educated me on the process of fixing it. He was kind and patient and very experienced.

Repair of refrigerator
Miguel did wonderful! He listened and helped. If Sears would allow the previous person to return to the customer that would be good. We had so many people that nobody knew what was going on with the repair. Thanks to Miguel, it finally got taken care of!

A Great Service Guy!
Elian, was considerate, polite and very respectful. He always came to the house with a smile on his face. He was patient and answered all of my questions as well as took the time to show me what was wrong with my washing machine. Elian's customer service skills was top notch!
