Hunter is an excellent worker. He went above and beyond to make sure that my air-conditioning was fixed. I'm very impressed with his work ethic and his integrity. He got the job done. Michael was fantastic and able to work with both me and my mom when I was out of the house. Sears was able to get a replacement rack for the dishwasher in just under a week, which was a hugely impressive turnaround compared to previous vendors and warranty providers (the last time I needed a simple part, it took two months). I have no complaints.
