Recall on Frigidaire
Kris was very competent, but the whole process with the scheduling was ridiculous. Had appointments scheduled for three different days. The first two were canceled at the last minute by Sears and finally on the third day someone showed up.

Great!!! The best!! He was very knowledgeable.
Cinch was very frustrating!!! Schedule 8-5:00 to come. Then set time & then changed a couple timesc¬ show up. Two days waited from morning to 5:00 that happened. Tried to talk to someone kept getting AI? Only more frustrating!!! I was thinking about canceling Cinch.Then finally today showed up on time. Very nice & thank God he knew what he was doing.

Dryer repair
Eric did an amazing job he had to come out multiple times due to the dryer continuing not working and stood up for the customer when it was repaired 6 times and finally they approved to refund us to get a new dryer.
