Steven was unable to repair my washer due to its age and deterioration caused by rust. He showed me the damage, explained why it was not fixable, and put the washer back together before he left. He appeared very knowledgeable. The only need for improvement is that he did not clean up the floor in the laundry room and left it wet and dirty from boot prints. This happened the first time he came, also. I had to clean and dry the floor after he left and also had to clean the entry tile due to wet boot marks. I would have given him 5 stars if he had cleaned up after his work was finished.
