Thank goodness we found a reputable name to service appliances on Schofield Barracks, HI. Friendly service. Despite a mis-diagnois on the part needed, the repair was still completed as promised even having to scramble for a different part. Their prices for parts are comparable to rates seen online and labor is going rate for Hawaii. We were very satisfied.

The technician resolved my washer problem by immediately finding and replacing the exact parts. Furthermore, after replacing the parts, he tested the washer performance and corrected other problems occurred.
