GREAT, FRIENDLY and EFFICIENT service.

Our Technician, Leef, was great. He assessed the problem and knew what to do within 5 seconds. He showed me the problem, gave me a quote, and even told me where to get a repair coupon! He got the parts from his truck and before I could print my coupons, I had a malfunction with my printer, he had completed the repair. Awesome. I wish all my repairs went this way!

Same service that has made Sears a household word in Hawaii. Had several problematic appliances and they took care of it as quickly as I could schedule them. Even when the unexpected came up, they worked hard to make sure everything was right.
