Very pleased with the early arrival of the technician. He listened to my concerns about the problems we were having with our Maytag washer. He pinpointed the problem and advised my daughter and I that he had the required parts to repair the problem. We responded PLEASE DO IT NOW!!! Which he did. Thank you Cornelius!!! The technician was great. He knew what he was doing and took care of the problem quickly. He said that the problem looked like it should've been taken care of as a standard maintenance visit. Which I had scheduled a month ago but that technician didn't seem to know what he was doing.

Junny explained what was wrong with the fridge and gave advice on what to do if there were issues in the future. He also cleaned the fridge after he was done. Very nice person.
